More than offering turnkey tools, I revive the desire and the opportunity to be realized personally and collectively to contribute to a greater common cause.

Training course "Work and communicate together to develop business performance":

Seek fulfillment in the work and its relationships, and support career development: grow and grow individuals and business ": This training course Steliaxe aims for health, well-being and individual and collective performance. Through a series of seven monthly workshops, the long-term vision is reintroduced into the construction of projects and their implementation around the themes of quality of life at work and commitment.

Why did you decide to create Steliaxe?

Catherine Frade:

From my first scientific life in the management of international marketing authorizations for the health industries, I have chosen that the counter-performances / crises are often linked to the human. Indeed, no one can apprehend everything from the position he occupies. By launching Steliaxe in 2003, I wanted to recreate the link and the sense in company for a better health of individuals and organizations. Doctor in Pharmacy, psychologist, psychopathologist of work, and coach of leaders, I benefit from a global, systemic vision. I transmit it by creating bridges between the rational and the emotional, between the explicit and the implicit, between the formal and the informal at the individual and collective level. I went from health systems to health systems.

Does this knowledge make it possible to better manage crises?

Steliaxe teaches managers to understand a global situation visible and not visible. Getting to know one another better enables one to better understand the impact of one's interaction on the collective and the organization, and vice versa, as well as the way in which stress affects our perceptions and abilities. Identify the weak signals, bring out the points of view and the individual, collective and organizational modes of operation, sometimes dissonant, leave the unspoken, allow to (re) give a link and sense in a convergent dynamic.

I also support organizations in setting up and managing crisis units, anticipating scenarios, defining action strategies and authentic internal and external communication. After the crisis, I intervene to capitalize on the experiences to draw the lessons and fluidify the organization, the procedures and the interrelations by valuing the talents and individual and collective behaviors.

Beyond, how to avoid burnout and develop happiness at work?

I accompany individuals, groups and organizations in all their stages of development from a unique method resulting from both my experience of the company - where I draw knowledge in management, communication, collaborative leadership, management project and regulatory constraints - health and physical, psychic and emotional complementarities, culture, in its western, oriental and transgenerational approaches, and coaching, associated with strategic foresight, systemic and group dynamics.

The goal is to help individuals and organizations capitalize on their cultural diversity and align their projects to better feed their development strategies, transform themselves and grow together while respecting their values. More than offering turnkey tools, I revive the desire and the opportunity to be realized personally and collectively to contribute to a greater cause .
