Manipulation & Harassment Individual and collective

If you think you are a victim of harassment, I suggest you watch this video in 7 points, made by Henri Kaufman as part of the Videos of Success, to fight against perverts in the office. If you recognize the situation, contact me to get out of your victim status and take back your professional (or personal) situation.

In some companies hiding sometimes narcissistic perverts. Men or women try to manipulate you and practice moral harassment, sometimes collective, which can hurt, very badly. How to identify these manipulators, how to deal with them.

1- First thing, to identify that we are dealing with a manipulator, the narcissistic pervert being a super manipulator: we feel … but not always … And the manipulator, he knows seeing you he found his “prey” .

2- When we are with a manipulator, we have the impression of being with someone with whom we get along wonderfully, which is great: it is the man / the woman – or the boss – of my life…

3- The narcissistic pervert is like an “energetic vampire”, he will suck up all our energy, empty us.

4- He pumps our energy because he needs ours to get better and fill his inner void! Their beautiful facade is inversely proportional to what it feels internally. And as they never succeed in filling their inner emptiness, they pass from victim to victim.

5- Consequences: we must know its own value because the manipulator will underestimate us, and often in public. The more he sees the negative impact of his words is acts on us, the more he gloats and tries to belittle us until we lose confidence in ourselves, see our self-esteem collapsed, or worse …

6- You must know how to stop looking for their recognition before cracking, getting sick, get burned, even commit suicide … And when the guy has pumped you, he will try to find someone else ..

7- These narcissistic perverts are psychically built  like that in their childhood, they do not always realize their insidious behavior … They take without return and they end up emptying their interlocutors. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY! When their words are toxic, and also when they seem (too) pleasant …

I also accompany companies that have the will to set up a clear and human operation to transform these deleterious managerial practices, often related to burn-out.

They can reduce the toxic impact of this type of behavior through the establishment of a specific organization and a collective that works humanly. For the record, the false strategic friendliness is very often linked to practices of collective harassment and bouc-emissairisation. Faced with … “divide better to rule”, the union is strength …
